::Useless...Made a claim 2wks ago, still waiting to hear the verdict. Everytime I ring I am "transferred through" and wait that long it times out. My family have been with them 12yrs and multiple cars, glad to see they have loyality to customers too. Happy to take money but never want to give anything back, what I've paid alone they could afford a new car not just fix paint!!!

::Great service, very easy to deal with when making a claim, excellent turn around time for claim approvals. Also, have compared prices with other insurers and CGU always wins. Will always be a loyal customer.
