  I came to the city for my birthday, and was amazed to find this little, hidden-away dream of a shop. I love my hats and Nate (the stylish guy who works there) knew exactly the hat for me. He even adjusted my fob watch for me. I ended up coming back the next day. From Lexi (aged 11)

  Great hat shop at the entrance to Flinders St Station. Good range, sizes and reasonable prices. Service is really good and their customer follow-up excellent. Highly recommended

  An excellent shop with amazing staff! I have wanted an Akubra my entire life because my Dad has always had one. After getting some expert help from one of the staff members (I didn't get his name), I was very quickly shown the right hat for me. I couldn't be happier! Everyone should buy a hat from City Hatters!

  A genuine pleasure. The service alone was an experience worthy of the trip 'into town'; Only wish I'd filmed it... Haven't seen such a genuine smile on a salesperson before. Purchased one Duckbill Cap, one Oilskin Cap. Looking forward to furthering my collection with you guys soon... Keep up the exemplary work!

  Amazing service!!! I emailed them to find a specific hat for my dad and they emailed me back promptly with pictures and options for him to choose from. It made returning home with a special souvenir for my Dad so easy. Thanks so much guys! You are the best! Highly recommend and they have tons of beautiful selection!
