  If you want to prolong the length of your treatment and be tossed from specialist to specialist, this is the place to go. I have never seen so many things wrong with one establishment at the same time. Was given incorrect and conflicting instructions everytime I had to meet a new person, and had to call back to get correct info. Also do not get invisalign from here, not worth the premium of having it done via an orthodontist. Several times mine would be busy tending to regular clients(for traditional braces/dentures..etc) and wouldn't even show up at appointments to check progress. Also, reception staff are beyond rude. If a specialist makes a mistake with appointments or there's a problem with their scheduler software(which happens frequently!), god help you if you need to fix something or ask for help. Before they took my money, was told that their treatments were flexible if I reached the middle of my treatment period if it didn't suit me, but when requested to opt for this, my ortho just rolled my eyes right in front of me and tried to persuade me to stay on my initial treatment method. Paid a premium for acceledent to speed up treatment, but was given instructions/appointment times for non-acceledent treatments. New invisalign shipments always late, which has extended my overall treatment by over 2 months. I'm one more mess up away from cancelling everything altogether. I have had several friends/family and co-workers ask me about my treatment for themselves, and have told them to stay clear of this place, and they have done the same with their circles. You can get the same treatment for much cheaper, by more competent staff elsewhere without being treated like cattle.
