  Got totally ignored by the 2 male attendants and I believe one was the manager. Walked out and will never go back. So bloody rude.

  A sales team who are always prepared to help and customer satisfaction is their first priority. I have furnished my entire unit with their furniture and its is all great quality at a very reasonable price. I will recommend to all my friends and family!!

  I went to but a bed for my 2 year old daughter, worked out what we wanted bed and matress which we believed was in stock. Only to be told that the matress wasnt. Seeing as we hadent left the store and PAID CASH we said okay we take bed not the matress then. ONLY to be told NO you wont COMPANY POLICY we will not give YOUR MONEY BACK even thou you paid cash and hadent even got the items yet. Apparently according to staff this happens a lot so this company to me ar enot trustworth I would never buy from them again. Consumer rights ? NOPE THEY DONT CARE IM TOLD Report us most people do and get nowhere Will be letting everyone know my experience with this company and let them know to stay away Very dissapoint daughters first bed experience ruined by such a company

  Awesome after sales service. We bought a bed suite almost a year ago that had a small issue. They organised the replacement of the defective parts and all was fixed in 2 days from my first phone call. Really happy and will be back when we need more.
