::I was super impressed by the speed of their processing my posted visa application. I got worried when I realised the registered post I had used was actually very slow. So I sent a second letter, with a new return envelope and a request (with the required extra fee) to process urgently. Their response was so amazingly fast. They received this new request on Wednesday and I had my passport back in Melbourne, with the visa, early Friday morning. Amazing! Thanks so much.
