Errant Grape
::Very disappointed in the customer service. When I was ready to pay there was no one around in the women’s department so I waited at the counter. About three staff appeared but did not come over to ask if I was alright or needed assistance - they were “busy” by the clothes racks and doing everything but their job. One staff member was standing behind another counter and when I saw her she just looked straight down at some papers - obviously too busy to help me. I ended up asking a staff member nearby if she was free and she begrudgingly put my purchase through - it wasn’t until I got home that I realised she had even missed one of the tags that they need to take off with a magnet otherwise it will ruin the garment with a dye - so now have to go back just to get it taken off! Whatever these people are getting paid to do, it’s not customer service.

::Great for clothing pricey attached to Plaza that connects to good food speciality shops & chemist just on Rundle Mall close to many options.

::Still a good department store. Good selection of men's and women's clothes. Pretty much the best place in Adelaide for men's suits (which is a bit sad as the variety isn't as big as desired - best go to Melbourne or Sydney if you can for those business clothes that will last a year or more). Good range of casual clothes though and women's upmarket boutique labels. A few key labels missing but you can go to Unley Road or Burnside Village for those.

::We have had some great deals, especially from the Electrical Department, where we recently bought our Samsung refrigerator. A great deal and the staff were very good to deal with. They went over and above what is required of them, to make sure we were satisfied. They were very empathetic.

::Pleasantly surprised by an experience totally contrary to the prevailing narrative re the death of retail and customer service. Needed to source specific essential items within a tight timeline. Easy affordable parking directly connects to the store. Approached within seconds by helpful staff who cheerfully rummaged around and had it all sorted in under 20 minutes! Fantastic.
