  The staff never seem to want to help. Basically every time I ask someone for help they say they don't work in whichever department I'm asking about and rather than getting someone to help they just say they can't help. I noticed that about eight pairs of shoes had had their labels printed incorrectly (box said 9 but they were all 6) so I just wanted to let someone know so they could relabel them but no one seemed to care. I've also had staff ask me to put my own clothes back on the rack myself after trying them on because I had tried clothes on in the lingerie fitting room. Surely it's not that difficult to just call someone from womenswear? I work in retail and would never dream of asking a customer to reshelve products and am always grateful if a customer notices a ticketing error. It's happened enough times here that I felt it was worth saying something.

  Harris Scarfe has always had a reputation as a very cheap store where items are just piled up for people to look through to find their bargain. However since this store opened (only a few years ago now) it has raised its standards. Better lighting, better presented products that are also easier to find, and friendlier staff. This store is now one of the best department stores in Rundle Mall when it used to be the worst. However, that hasn't stopped them from offering some great bargains, especially on clothing. Like a department store they have very large range of products including electrical, clothing, kitchenware, makeup and much more.
