  I always have fun at EFM even though the execellent trainers make sure I'm working as hard as I can. The program changes daily so the variety keeps me interested. All the members are friendly & welcoming and there's a great vibe!! Absolutely love it.

  EFM is by far the best gym I've been to. 9 years on - a record for me - and I still continue because of the one on one attention, the extremely varied workouts and the great atmosphere. Highly recommend EFM to anyone considering getting fit, maintaining fitness or wanting to lose a few extra pounds and feel good.

  If you knew how Ive struggled with gyms and weight & injuries in the past...Ive been in & out of gyms for over 30 years & I wish I found EFM back then! Personal trainers who know your name, for no extra cost, every time you step into the room. In fact everyone knows your name! Not only are you introduced to everyone but they have social gatherings too! Set your own goals or follow theirs, either way Im telling you, you wont look back. The support & friendships you make will change your life!!
