  Have rented through Elders for the past 3 years and cannot fault their service and professionalism. Maintenance is followed up in a timely manner and all efforts are made to get the any issues resolved ASAP. Would highly recommend anybody looking to rent to check out Elders.

  Terrible service, the property managers don’t show to appointments and waste your time and the more senior management dismiss the complaints. This is the fourth time with consecutive appointments and I will not be using elders again!

  Derek Hart, man of action. The best, easiest to get along with bloke. Super helpful, did loads for us as buyers, the best agent I've come across ever. Will definitely be recommending Mr Hart to anyone I know in Darwin buying it selling! Thanks Derek!

  I want to rent a house. I had to ask an hour break from work to meet the agent but she didn't show up. I waited 30 min. What a waste of time

  Rented a waterfront apartment at the waterfront from Elders in 2017 and service was appalling. Elders only supplied a single key for a three bedroom apartment and forced us to pay over 100 dollars for another key. Then the aircon broke down three times over the year lease, culminating in us spending over 2 months of the year lease, including Christmas and New Years without an aircon. Repair times given by elders were completely unreasonable, if not laughable. Would never deal with Elders again
