  When we rented a unit through KG Young, our property manager was really nice. We got approved for tenancy just within a day. It was really great and we're glad that we rented through this agency when we had just arrived in Darwin. Maintenance reports were responded promptly and conveniently. Absolutely no problem with communication. Regular inspections were carried out without any hassle. When we said we were moving out at the end of our tenancy term, she responded professionally and provided us with valuable support which we really appreciate. Quick and no hassle with final inspection. I would gladly recommend KG Young to anyone and I would be happy to rent through them again for a suitable property.

  Worst real-estate I have ever rented through would make me live in unsafe living conditions with ovens that caught fire dodgy cover ups where my whole wall was damp and rotting with black toxic mould, a rusted unsecure pool fence where kids could die and would constantly call me harassing myself and co- workers at work DO NOT RENT THROUGH THESE GUYS

  Slow response to questions. With-holding bond due to unit being dirty without any proof the unit was dirty. No receipt given for work done, and no follow up conversation. Recommend to choose somebody else to rent from.
