  This shop has the family history & experience handed down by two generations & has been my go to place for mechanical knowledge on new & old bicycles. I can go there & have faith in Alan who is now running the family business & the top mechanic in the store. Thanks for the best service & advice!

  Europa Cycles is the perfect local bike shop. A few years ago I wanted a light-framed but robust commuting bike to replace my heavier older bike. I spoke to Alan and he put together the ideal bike for me, which is still going strong. I have it and the children's bikes all serviced by Alan and his crew at Europa. I often call in on the way to work with minor problems and tweaks needed and Alan always obliges. Europa are fast at servicing and fixing our bikes, they are personable and helpful, the prices are reasonable and the advice is spot on. And they have been a part of Kensington for as long as I can remember, so that longevity means you are in experienced hands. I couldn't recommend Europa highly enough.

  This cycle shop is the one stop shop for great gear and great bikes and no BS. It is a family business that I have been going to forever. Alan now runs it and has grown up with bikes he will size you and fit your bike. I take all my friends to this shop and he looks after them in getting them the right equipment for their ability. Alan fixed me up with a Colnago C60 I didn’t want it to get dated quickly for the money I was spending so Alan went through all the equipment with me and we built a bike that has no peer! Don’t just look at the stuff in the shop ask Alan about what he can get from his contacts, you will be awestruck and will never go to another bike shop again!

  I took my 30 year old bike in to Europa for a complete overhaul. Alan was very helpful and he made sure the bike kept all the original parts. After a paint job and a big clean up along with a couple of new parts I now have an amazing looking bike. It you want upfront, professional service from people that know about bikes then you can't go wrong here.

  I’ve been going to Europa for a few years now. I’ve bought a new frame from them and my bikes have been checked, tweaked, and serviced to a very high standard. I’ve dealt mainly with Alan and he knows everything there is to know, and then some, about bikes. No BS. And most important of all, honesty and integrity. I recommend them highly.
