  Bought a marble dining table, when opened has a straight line going through centre of table. When questioned store ,was told thats how they are, the display table at Mile End did not have a line through it. Store will not exchange table. I will never shop there again & will tell all my family & friends not to.

  Absolutely terrible i bought a lounge suite with a $200 warranty which i was told i could have my lounge professionally cleaned every 6-12 months, i was told by the warranty place that i couldn't do that and focus on furniture have refused saying anything of the sort and wont refund me my money because the cleaning package was opened but yet i had to open it to register the warranty! Poor service and poor sales i will never shop here again so disappointing. I even spoke with the area manager who was rude and speaking over the top of me, he refused to do anything about the situation. I would never reccomend them.

  Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere Opened the draw on a desk purchased 15 months ago for the third time Fell to pieces. Went to store twice, ignored. Now claiming it's out of warranty. Ever heard of fit for purpose???

  Hopeless. They dont respond to emails, they dont return calls. If you buy anything, pray that there isnt any defaults as they push you off to the manufacturer by saying its not their fault, we dont make the items.
