  Was asked if they price beat from Bing Lee. Told no only to find out yes when doing reasearch on there conditions. Between the rep from Tefal and sales assistant no one could tell me how long the warranty was for the item I purchased.

  Bought a top of the range, expensive portable aircon from goodguys, got product home, turned it on and keeps blowing circuit breakers at fuse box. Tried unit at another location and did the same, so unit is faulty. Rang Goodguys to report faulty unit. Goodguys advised that we have to pay to have unit returned and a new one sent out....all the way from adelaide to the west end of Kangaroo Island. Goodguys would not refund money.

  Had a terrible experience at the counter. The staff (her name is Rachel) was very rude and didn't want to listen to what I have to say. Very poor customer service. This is not the first time I had a similar experience before. Ruin my whole day after the conversation with the staff.. Suggest to go to a different store for your purchase where customers get treated better. I could see many negative reviews in here and wondering why the management is not doing anything about it!!!

  I went in to purchase an oven and dishwasher during a sale period. Whilst the gentleman who initially greeted us was lovely and very helpful, when I asked if we could place an order the next day I was told I would not be able to get through on the phones to place an order as they are far too busy. Whilst this was not convenient for me, I arranged my schedule & I then made my way in the next day on his instruction to place my order. I stood waiting in the appliances section for 10 minutes. Proceeded to line up at the checkout to ask for assistance. Arrived back at appliances to wait another 10 minutes with no help. There were several staff members in other departments who did not blink an eye. I decided to phone Appliances Online from your store to see if they could help me (again still not greeted by your staff), I ordered both products with free delivery & one item was actually cheaper. I had my items delivered the next day! This is how easy it should be......

  Not a good experience at all although initially the guy I was dealing with was nice. I had to buy 4 big items: a fridge, washing machine, dryer and TV. All up, it was going to cost me $4200 and I wanted to get it for $4000 including free delivery. They wouldn't budge, once they gave me a discount (which admittedly they did but it wasn't a lot as I was spending well over $4K). Trust me, I didn't buy anything from that store nor will I go back.
