  Great service!! Very flexible and stayed back to get out 4 passports done - so we did not have to come back. Very friendly - when you are friendly. But it is not a helpline but a consulate and rules and policies are not a the discretion of the staff but it is a given - so don't blame them if you forgot half your docs - and even then they are helpful if you ask kindly :-) helped where ever they could, to get the job done! Would come back any day if I need something.

  No telephone answering during time of telephone response times.

  Can't reach anyone most of the time. They don't like do be bothered with phone calls in the morning, so they want you to call in the afternoon, but only in a very short time span. You must be very lucky, if someone actually answers the phone then. Unfortunately I was not one of the lucky ones. Who will answer any questions? When? I don't know... Their websites are just as confusing.

  Un-professional, loosing documentations, phone msg indicate call hours and calls are never attended. Time- wasters.

  Sure you have to deal with German Bureaucracy but as long as you have all the information together it's a smooth process. Staff are friendly and helpful.
