::Great service!! Very flexible and stayed back to get out 4 passports done - so we did not have to come back. Very friendly - when you are friendly. But it is not a helpline but a consulate and rules and policies are not a the discretion of the staff but it is a given - so don't blame them if you forgot half your docs - and even then they are helpful if you ask kindly :-) helped where ever they could, to get the job done! Would come back any day if I need something.

::Can't reach anyone most of the time. They don't like do be bothered with phone calls in the morning, so they want you to call in the afternoon, but only in a very short time span. You must be very lucky, if someone actually answers the phone then. Unfortunately I was not one of the lucky ones. Who will answer any questions? When? I don't know... Their websites are just as confusing.

::Sure you have to deal with German Bureaucracy but as long as you have all the information together it's a smooth process. Staff are friendly and helpful.
