::I got a great deal on this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I didn't have high expectations,but I have to say my expectations were exceeded. We checked in outside of their office hours. It was a simple phone call to get the code to a keysafe. The apartment itself was a very good size. Each apartment is privately owned so they will vary in presentation. Ours has been renovated over the years. It was functional and comfortable. Main bed was king sized and comfortable. Second room was a double. The big let down was the cleanliness. It wasn't up to normal standards. We had to do a tidy up on day 1. A couple of the blinds were broken and some furniture wasn't in good condition. The provision of 2 toilet rolls, 1 dishwasher powder, 1 washing machine powder, and 1 dishwashing liquid was lacking. They do however sell additional sachets at reception. The view from the apartment was decent. We stayed on the 15th level overlooking Main Beach. The building is location 2 tram stops from Cavill Avenue, or around a 15 minute walk. Only a short 3 minute stroll to the beach. Unfortunately it's a fairly noisy location as located on the Highway. The building is past its glory days. Underground parking was convenient but quite narrow and low. The Gardens and pool area was very nice. The pool was heated to a comfortable warm temperature and could be used upto 9pm. The gardens were well maintained and clean. BBQ areas were great also. I didn't have much contact with staff but when I did they were friendly and professional. Checkout was quick and easy. Overall we were very happy with our stay. If you get a deal then it's very reasonably priced for what you get. We will be sure to get a quote here on our next visit.

::My family and I have been here 5 times now, the first 4 times were amazing hence why we came back. This time the service and room was that ridiculous that we will never come back again. We had a broken toilet, maggots and baby flies coming out of the insinkurator, a very fowl smelling room then needed steam cleaning, not enough towels and toiletries, pans that were that old that we couldn’t cook in them, the lot goes on ! I hope no one gets room 2102 because it is definitely not 4 stars I wouldn’t even give it half a star. will definitely call the health inspector for this room ! It was disgusting.

::Adequately maintained older holiday apartments a stone's throw to the beach most with ocean views. Great place for families with children. Pool, Tennis courts and gardens are always kept clean. Secured Underground parking. Beauty salon on the ground floor. Tram station 30m away is very convenient to get around Gold Coast.
