  Very disappointing experience. I was helping my friend buy a new computer here. The staff at this shop are clearly on commission: they didn’t seem to care about the best computer for my friend’s needs, but they sure cared a lot about selling him things he didn’t need (extended warranties, exorbitantly-priced cables and needless antivirus software. If you’re looking for a computer, no matter what kind or how much, you’re much better off looking elsewhere.

  asked about pricing a playstation 4 for my kids was told to wait by a senior staff member with no explanation. waited 7 minutes hag a junior staff ask me if I'm alright i answered i was waiting on another staff member. she walked off with no response. 11 minutes later i was forced to ask the senior staff why I'm still waiting and was told " didn't the junior staff member help me? "..... at this point i walked out and won't return

  Was in need of a dash cam and was approached by a staff member by the name of Jose who has delivered exceptional customer service exceeding my expectations. The item I was purchasing was only $50 but I noticed no matter how high or low the item is, the service will be the same. Thanks you Harvey Norman.

  Went in to buy a TV and Vac, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. And when I found a better price online they told me that they wouldn't be beaten on price and matched it. They even gave me a discount on their product care replacement plan!! Well done guys!
