  A huge place with lots of furniture, rugs, beds, small appliances, computers and where we spent most of our time, electrical (TVs, DVD Players,Speakers, Amplifiers, Vacuum Cleaners, Fridges). Our main focus was wireless speakers and Craig Martin, the person who served us, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We got a great deal on some wireless Yamaha speakers and an LG TV. So, ask for Craig!

  Big showroom, furniture, flooring, rugs , electronics lots of items on display for purchase. Ive always found staff helpful and willing to provide enthusiastic advice. Gift cards are handy :)

  If I could give a zero I would, bought an outdoor setting and paid the full balance as they said they had 1 left in stock and could deliver the next day, received a call to say they can’t deliver it as they are missing parts from it as they raided the box for another customer. Been waiting for 2 weeks and keep ringing to get an answer and they don’t when these parts are coming in. The communication is non existent. Absolutely hopeless.

  Samsung washing machine died on Christmas day - 20 days out of 60 month extended warranty. After no luck (and a scripted rude response) with the Product Care "helpline", I called the store of purchase. Chris was more than helpful, engaged Samsung to get the machine repaired under warranty without hesitation. Follow up phone call to check it was fixed and without any issues. Great customer service which I didn't expect given my initial interaction with the customer helpline. Thanks Chris.
