  Dated premises with older dated furnishings. Quite comfortable though with good beds and conveniently located in the City Centre. The one BIG blemish on my stay was being woken by the extreme smell of paint at 7.30am as they had decide to paint outside rooms from early!!!! It was overwhelming. That's just idiocy, especially in a 20 storey building where you can surely have guests on floors far from painting in Townsville in low season!!!! Plus how about starting your work a little later!

  My home away from home. I've been staying here since 2007 and their customer service is second to none. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Yet another incarnation for Townsville's sugar shaker. Good quality service. Nice bar and breakfast spread. Parking, as ever, is a little inconvenient. Free weekend street parking until 9 am Monday. Otherwise pay at a shopping centre car park next door. Free wifi, great views, central so many things are an easy walk. Late night convenience store is very close, supermarket only a 3 minute walk. Pleasant staff.

  Amazing view from the hotel. Service was excellent. We arrived late on New years eve and service was still of a high standard. Room was clean and quiet. Parking wasnt provided which was a bit shocking for a hotel this scale. Hotel had the best quality shampoo and conditioner I've ever had in a hotel. Plus. Was a good stay.
