  They did not cleaned the room and the bathroom in 5 days...it was a 4 dorm beds though. The windows were not closing properly and the road close to the backpacker was really noisy. The curtain was in a bad shape, pieces of it were on the floor during all our stay. With all the lights from the street, it was almost like daylight during the night. Even if the housekeeping team was coming into our room (just to change the garbage bags..) nothing was done to fix it. A screw was coming out of the head of the bed, which could be really dangerous. Only 2 gas burners were working which is not really convenient during rush hours. Really poor in ustensil. For the plate you have to hire them at the reception. Well we felt like bed numbers and it is really far from the spirit of a backpackers. It looks like they just want to make money during their renovation. I do not recommend this "backpackers".

  One of the better hostels I've stayed in. The rooms are basically hotel rooms with bunk beds, which means you have your own shower and toilet. Very chilled out and clean. Price was right, too.

  For a hostel the rooms are clean and it's nice having a private bathroom and fridge. Lockers are large enough for a bag. There's no air conditioning so the rooms are very hot. Front desk was not very helpful in addressing my problem with the wifi I purchased. The kitchen is barely functioning, many appliances were broken. Fine for 2 nights but wouldn't return.

  No worth to pay for this ugly backpackers. If you want to enjoy smoking and drinking inside the room with other mates, you should go! Not for relaxing and your own safety because they do not care. They would say "That is your own responsibility, how could we take care of all these so many people?"

  This place leaves a lot to be desired. Out of 4 different accommodations i used in Surfers, the beds in this place were the worst, i didn't sleep well here at all. The mattresses are barely 2 inch's thick (You need to raise the standards). The staff have been working there way too long. They will answer your questions but they are not friendly at all. Finally i left my phone charger in my room and rang the next day to try to get it. They didn't do enough to find it and said that it wasn't there. It was left plugged in and i remember seeing it just before i left. Obviously someone was too lazy to look properly and the reception staff were too lazy to get the house keeping to look again. If you want somewhere nice, try elsewhere.
