  Worst customer service. We were there for more than 20 minutes, no one helped us until Stewart came over offered his service. If it were not for his service, I would have just given 1 star.

  I’ve never had good service in this store, staff aren’t very helpful, have had the manager serve me before and she is always in a rush and is never very helpful. Seems like she is always in a bad mood. I wouldn’t recommend going to this store. Very poor customer service and a bad experience.

  JB Hi-FI Pacific Fair is a great shop full of loads of variety goods for the household and more..CD's DVD's Computer's TVs and much much more..In the many times I have been to this store I have always been highly satisfied with the staff as they have constantly answered whatever questions I've asked .An excellent store as a must for the Tech savvy shopper

  Fair prices, sales people who aren't pushy and if you buy lots of items and they generally have some wiggle room on prices. Blu rays and games a bit too pricey but often have 20% off sales which help in time. All round great retailer. Web site not that great an experience which would benefit from less branding IMHO, but far better than it used to be.
