  Boris was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. From choosing the car right through to collecting it I found everyone just lovely. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks guys youve made me one very happy lady!

  Had my car serviced and they had it for 9.5 hrs yet I delivered my car at 7.30 am thinking it should be ready by 2pm and given I am a fair and reasonable person I agreed to a 4pm pick up. WRONG call. At 3.45 pm they ring to say I should have the injectors serviced and two other items.What!!! No I want the car now. So I go down to pick up and its not until 5 pm before its ready. No injectors no other items just the standard service. How dare you treat people with that type of contempt. WE will give it to you when we are ready and that's obvious given I had the car there at 7.30. I will never give you my business again and certainly share my experience with others. I only hope Mr Hughes hears of my experience and delivers wrath on the people responsible. Shame on you Service Dept. I bought my car from John Hughes and had it serviced in the past. But never again.

  Horrible Car sales men. My mother was told via phone that her car was able to be traded and they were able to give her the business she was asking for as she had done business with John Hughes before (she had generated business for them by referring JH to a lot of people also) she genuinely really enjoyed their service. I was so disappointed to hear that yesterday she had been verbally abused and discriminated against. What I have heard from 4 witnesses(Including a staff member who encouraged her to write this review and lodge a formal complaint) after 5 hours of travelling down to Perth (she left extra early to get there on time 10:30 am) she was told they could not do anything for her even though the car she was trading was from John Hughes, in top notch condition and she drove it out the lot in 2017. She then proceeded to tell them she had spoken to the manger herself via phone including a text message from Matt saying he was "looking forward to seeing her and doing business". They told her to wait while they proceeded to serve other customers. After 4.5 hours (FOUR AND A HALF HOURS?!) of waiting in the hot sun with her 4 year old granddaughter they decided to acknowledge her by accusing her of lying and proceeded by yelling and standing over her in a intimidating manner. I would not have believed what I was hearing had I not seen the video footage of these two men abusing my mother recorded by my 12year old sister who also witnessed this abuse. She is recovering from a stroke and lost her mother at the end of last year so I find this treatment totally unacceptable, she is not and aggressive person and to see her in tears over these two horrible sales yard men was very upsetting to me and my family. I hope the two men responsible and you know who you are call and apologize to my mother, you are lucky I haven't reported this to the media or police as she doesn't want to make a fuss! She took her business to "First Stop Motors" who looked after her in under an hour and gave her the customer service she was expecting at John Hughes.

  John Hughes Vic Park was absolutely awesome. Walked away with my dream car. Jeremy made my experience super easy and exciting. Jeremy was super focused on getting me the best deal for the best car and he achieved it. I am so happy with my experience of car shopping. I could not more, highly recommend Jeremy and John Hughes Vic Park. They're absolutely awesome!! Thanks again Jeremy. Loving my new wheels.
