  Travelling down from Queensland with caravan in tow. Malfunction Indicator Light came on. We rang around a couple of dealers and all were too busy pre-Christmas to help us. Then spoke to John at McCarrolls' and they agreed to have a quick look despite being fully booked themselves. Got there just on their lunch break - but John and mechanic Ryan bent over backwards to help us out - working thru their lunch break. They diagnosed and fixed the loose air hose problem within 30 minutes and had us back on the road. That's what I call good service!

  A few months ago i purchased a jeep grand cherokee from McCarroll's in newcastle. I have owned 4 new cars in the past 6 years and within that time visited most car yards around multiple times. The offer of cars is absolutely fantastic if you are interested in their brands. But this isnt what i found important. Its the high level of service and respectful buisness model this team stands for. No one likes the awkward uncomfortable feeling you get from car yards. McCarolls is unique, you feel no pressure in the company of these experts. Also... they gibe you a ton of cookies

  What a beautiful large showroom they have. I was really suprised by the size. I am only looking at present but the customer service was fantastic no pressure at all. Thank you Darren for all your help we will be in touch soon.
