::I bought a Volvo S60 from McCarrolls in 2014. The salespeople were accomodating although the information given regarding the features of the vehicle were not correct. We were told the vehicle had less mileage than it actually had and that the auto had sports mode which was not correct. I admit I should have double checked on both of these items before purchasing the car. I feel that the sales people should be able to provide the correct information when dealing with their customers. When delivering the vehicle to the customer, it would be good service to hand it over with a full tank of fuel which I did request but was told it was not going to happen.(not good when spending $55K on a new vehicle). Would I purchase another vehicle from McCarrolls? I am unsure.
