::worst experience with medibank... think 3times before using medibank as ur insurance company.. they will detect ur money from account at exact date but if by anychance you got a chance to claim ur paid money back... istly they will give you nuts .and give you just 1/4th back..and you have to call their staff multiple times or go to there centre multiple time for a single claim... they have written in my cover that they cover ivf,infertility...but after 3yr when ist time i went go my infertility claim i hav been told they will pay almost 800$ out of 5500 that i paid... but there poor customer service i called 5 times and talk to main department and they said we will make a case officer for u as we dont think we will pay u any penny out of 5500 not even 800$.. that case officer will solve my case within 10days.it has been 14days i called that medibank case officer loiuse 2times thru call,left a message but she never returned my call..i emailed her once also but cudnot here anything back from here... this is medibank customer care...i will give them marks in minus...i dont no who awarded this company...i checked there reviews mostly are in negative... a very poor customer care... i am changing my insurance cover to bupa soon..as i heard there customer service is much better.. and there case officer wudnot be sleeping and non interested in dealing customer claim which i claimed about 45 days back... extremely disappointed with medibank
