  This location is showing its age. It needs a bit of a revamp. The price was good for the location but it did not meet level of expectation. The building is secure, but has no close parking. It has a special deal with a parking garage over on Elizabeth which makes it easier to afford but not perfect. Shower/tub was almost impossible to get in and out of based on being so high. Staff was friendly. Elevator made creaking noises whenever someone new got on. Hard to capture the experience but overall did not enjoy. The view from the windows is of nearby offices. Also, the location is down a small alley way that makes it difficult to drop off at the entrance. I do have to give credit to the excellent position in the city. It made it so much easier to have it as a base.

  Would not stay again. 2 stars for price and size and the service from front desk staff. But unfortunately the room was not clean enough. I'm talking big weird stains on the sofa. Hairs in the bathroom. Crumbs of some description on the carpet. Amongst others. Worth staying if you're looking at relatively cheap accommodation and can put up with mediocre cleaning. I should add the bed linen/towels were in fact clean. Just the rest of the room was tired and dirty.

  Worst client service ever. Absolutely pitiful. Significant room for improvement. I stood waiting for approx four minutes at the reception whilst a guest and the staff member who was management, didn't even acknowledge or greet me. I politely interrupted and apologised for that and asked if I could check out. I was told told, "Not while I'm doing this", being booking some sort of seats for the other customer. I got attitude and scoffed at. It was disgusting behaviour, which I've never come cross before: The rooms are okay, dated, and smelly, in particular, the reception and hallways. It smells like a hot humid sewer. You'd have to pay me to stay there again. A

  Great staff, clean. Very handy location. Full kitchen and laundry in suite. Decor needs a bit of TLC. Shower has a massive step in. I've had a knee replaced and managed it, but not recommended for chronic disability. Price is good and food court steps away as is public transit.

  Amazing location. Reasonable price. Great staff. It's not fancy but it's right in the center of everything you want to do in Sydney.
