::Editing my previous 5 Star review. I'm completely over Officeworks as a whole. Yet again a large queue at the print section... AND... 3-4 bumbling staff members yapping away laughing and joking by the front door. The print staff at OP are excellent but why must most other staff be so rude and oblivious to what is going on around them. Officeworks is far from being experts in retail. Check your reviews, they are all so similar. Your standards are horrible and your staffing is horrendous.

::While I've returned to the store several times over several years, I finally decided yesterday to take my business elsewhere. Waiting in line at the Osborne Park store copy service desk - behind three customers and another one behind me, after 15 minutes, no one had been helped and no one in the line acknowledged. I asked the three people in front of me if they had been acknowledged prior to me getting in line and it was a no. One person said "it's always like this". All anyone behind the counter had to do was "acknowledge" those of us in line; just look up and say "sorry we're flat out busy here with a deadline, or sorry we're short-staffed today and it will be at least another ten minutes" or whatever, and they didn't have enough basic training or inherent customer service skills to be aware of this courtesy to the customer. ....So I said good day to those I had been waiting with and googled the nearest copy service which was right up Hutton Street. I went to Jiffy Printing - a small local business - and had the BEST service and experience. I encourage everyone that reads this to go to Jiffy Printing - giving your time and money to a small local business that delivers excellent service and value. Or if there's another small copy/printing business near you, check them out and get to know the local business owners who will provide you better service and value.

::Been there couple of times. Overall rating - 4 solid starts. Two times I was kind of disappointed when tried to use the "self serve" printing machines - bought the prepaid card, machine couldn't read any files from my memory stick (which was 100% fully working), took ages to print out 3 pages. On the other hand - when I bought something from their Ebay store, I could pick it up the next day, which was amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful.

::Probably the best customer service I've got in any large store in Perth ever. All the staff was friendly and kindly offered help as I walked around the store. You don't see that level of service very often. Well done!
