  Just wanted to say thanks to William in the Technology Department of Officeworks for his amazing customer service yesterday when I needed to return some software. What I thought would be a complicated and difficult return situation was made easy--and he gave me some great advice on buying my next computer (which will definitely be from Officeworks!). Much appreciated!

  The store has a wide range, but none of the electric products have power - defeats the purpose of displaying them. Staff are attentive but dismissive and seem apathetic. Can't recommend.

  I've ordered "Click and Collect" from this store several times. My order is always ready and available for pickup very quickly. The store can be quite busy but I've always found staff to be very helpful, even if service is slow due to the busy-ness of the current moment. Also bought products in-store several times and never had a problem.

  Greeted by friendly and helpful staff as we walked in, got asked if we needed help, was able to find the printer scanner I was after very easily, good variety of all basic needs for stationery, office etc. Being our first time visiting the store we left with big smiles as the customer service was extremely good.

  Always friendly despite being always busy. Be warned that parking is usually tight and that's if you're lucky enough to get a spot. A relatively big store with a good range. Their printing department is typically very busy, and unfortunately also typically understaffed. Staying true to form, every team member is always smiling and helpful. Props to Bobby who is the friendliest and most earnest customer service representative I've ever met in any retail store.
