  Good pricing. Store is a bit dated, but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Found the website difficult to navigate/find product but the store is worth the visit physically. Only downside is limited parking.

  Great shop with great products! Excellent staff. The Google map pin is slightly wrong and should direct you to the parking on Northey street rather than the front. The directions to the store are always very wrong due to this issue.

  Everyone from staff was just great. Very patient, knew what they were talking about, and I found some great price options for what I was looking.

  Tall skinny brunette guy working at browns plains is SO rude. He told me they don't sell the item I wanted. His body language was shy (stepped a foot away from the counter to say no we don't sell that) and he talks so softly. Worse customer service. I told him they do sell the item but I couldn't remember the brand name so he goes over to his computer and says to his colleague "now I have to find an item I don't know the name of." He should know they products they sell and online it said they had the item, thats why I went there. So that's when I told him to forget it, BCF can have my $$$ if he doesn't want to be helpful.

  I purchased an inflatable bed from Tentworld only to have the wrong item sent. Even after sending the item back with tracking via Aus post i still have to wait weeks for them to receive it back and then send me the correct item. I did not make the mistake and they are doing nothing to fulfil the purchase contract made to them. The only resort i have left is to contact my financial institution to try and get my money back. Thanks for the heartache Tentworld. I will never use you again and neither will anyone i speak to be recommended to use you. At least Snowys know how to treat a customer
