  Extremely unimpressed! Booked and paid to send a mobile phone to Sydney but when I arrived with the item packaged and labeled was told I had been quoted the wrong price online and it would really cost $75 to send. $75! They also falsely tried to convince me that no other courier would take it as it contained a batter and that paying them their exorbitant price was the only option. Turns out AusPost were happy to ship it express the next day (as were e-go) with a Sign On Delivery for pretty much the price originally quoted. When I asked AusPost about the battery they said it was no problem just to make sure it is 'in' the phone and not packaged loose. The guys at Unly Pack and Send were nice and friendly but it has to be 1 star for the deceptive price gouging! I mean come on guys, $75 and you blatantly lied saying no other courier would take it, explicitly telling me not to go to AusPost. You're lucky this review is as far as I'm going to take it.

  Sold an item on Gumtree. Buyer booked & paid online. Went to Unley Pack & Send office and was promptly told Pack & Send Online is nothing to so with Pack & Send Unley, I explained I don't have a printer for labels and was told he couldn't send without them so I'd have to find a printer, I pointed at printer in his office and was told he would charge me to print Pack & Send label. No option to hand write labels and frankly the whole experience was made too hard. Couldn't have been less helpful or accommodating. Last time I recommend Pack & Send to Gumtree buyers.

  I have found the staff at the Unley store to be the most helpful and stress relieving people I have come across during the stress of having to move interstate. They were very quick to answer any of my inquiries before, during and after my move. They were a great find and would definitely recommend them. Thanks Anne, Steve and rest of staff - you guys rule !
