  We used this company on the 11th may we had two very competent very professional guys handle our move. They took great care with our possessions, were quick and efficient. I highly recommend using this removal company.

  I had Brad & Shane K do a move for me on short notice and I've got to say they were absolutely stand-out. They worked very fast but with great respect for my furniture and items. They communicated great on all levels to make sure I was happy with how it was running. Thanks so much again Brad & Shane for all your hard work!

  I have not used this company for removal purposes but based on what I witnessed this morning I never will. I just saw one of the van drivers driving incredibly recklessly, including using his mobile phone while driving and road raging another driver (who from what I could tell wasn't even at fault!). I hope they didn't have anyone's furniture in the back of that van because there's a fair chance it would have been damaged. I would expect better from drivers that are carrying fragile items in their trucks. Not a great look for your company.

  We have employed Richard Mitchell Removals twice in the last few months- to move us and then to move our adult aged kids. A lot of care went into the moves at all stages. Boxes and tape were provided well in advance to get the move organized and an inventory was sent to make sure the truck was the right size. On the day of the move, we appreciated the efforts of the men who did the work. They were friendly and thoughtful. I was impressed with their physical strength but also with the care they took with our goods so as not to damage things. These guys understood that time is money and they worked quickly so we didn't pay for them to stand around doing nothing. This move was a lot less hassle than a previous move with a different company. I would be happy to recommend Richard Mitchell Removals to anyone. Meredith
