  Thank you to Dave and the team at Surry Hills Pack & Send. We had to carry a very large framed painting off our cruise ship and send to the States. Dave helped out and worked with us to minimize the cost. The painting arrived in excellent condition. Everyone was extremely friendly and we felt at ease (after having worried over the painting for a couple of weeks on the ship).   I sent four cartons from Sydney to Canberra. Those packages arrived next day. It was faster than I expected. All of my packages were well packed and delivered without any damages. Their services was excellent.

  Customer service is really efficient. It's so nice to be connected to a real person almost immediately when you call, without having to go through so many automated messages or being differed to a website. The over the phone quote was a fair bit cheaper than when I ran through their website estimate system, and ended up being cheaper than alternative services I'd contacted with the added bonus they could collect from my home address and didn't have any weight restrictions for items, so it's a good idea to get an over-the-phone quote. Package was delivered well ahead of time (less than 24 hours) and in the same condition as sent.
