::Customer service is really efficient. It's so nice to be connected to a real person almost immediately when you call, without having to go through so many automated messages or being differed to a website. The over the phone quote was a fair bit cheaper than when I ran through their website estimate system, and ended up being cheaper than alternative services I'd contacted with the added bonus they could collect from my home address and didn't have any weight restrictions for items, so it's a good idea to get an over-the-phone quote. Package was delivered well ahead of time (less than 24 hours) and in the same condition as sent.
