::Great cinema, a bit pricey as most cinemas are but you get gold class standards for your average cinema price. Seats are comfortable with plenty of space. The staff are lovely and are always a good help to get more value

::We parked in the building then went up the lift to the box office. A very sunny and light, open, spacious and clean area, welcoming you to sit at the tables and enjoy pre- or even post-movie food and drinks - available for purchase - or just soak in the ambience. I heard clinking of cutlery and crockery while we were in the theatre so I'm guessing you can eat and drink while watching the movie, as well. The guys behind the counter were very friendly, pleasant, helpful and efficient. There weren't too many patrons before the movie we had chosen started but there were many more in the afternoon as we were leaving. The seats inside the theatre are so comfortable and spacious. The sound was perfect. That was really important because the movie we were there to see was Gurrumul. A wonderful movie, by the way. Make sure to have your parking ticket validated before leaving the venue: we would have paid $22 for the couple of hours we were there had we not done so. It cost us $8 after validation. I would certainly recommend visiting this cinema again. I would like to do so when I'm next in the area. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you to all who work hard to make it so. Highly recommended!

::Used to like coming here but the attention at the box office was a bit lacklustre. Just disappointed; hopefully they will lift their game as they are in the service industry. I'd love to award 5* next time round. As a tip, the parking beneath the cinema is not option in the area.

::Palace cinemas are all generally good. At the Norton St Leichhardt complex the staff are warm and provide good product and service. At Palace you are able to take purchased alcoholic beverages into the cinema.to consume. There are some nice food selections available here. My favourite if with guests is the cheese board..very good value and quality cheeses.
