  This is a great vet practice, the vet/s are caring and proactive and the staff are caring and provide good customer service.

  The veterinarian, Kylie, can come across a bit abrupt but she is a great, knowledgeable vet and she's upfront and tells it how it is. I took my two cats to have their vaccinations and Kylie gave me some great advice on dietary plans for my fat cat and advice on how to keep indoor cats active. When I started going there, it was no trouble to set up my cat's details with them. My cat's vaccinations have been quick and they also listen to their heart, check their teeth, check the temp & feel their torso. I'm happy that when I remind them that my cat needs an antihistamine before his vaccinations (he had a bad reaction at a previous clinic), they are already aware of it and didn't fob me off. Last year, one of my cats passed away and Payneham Vet Centre staff were very sympathetic and even sent a beautiful condolence card. They sell good, healthy food here! I've just started one of the cats on Hills Science Metabolic food and all the cats love it! The staff are friendly and accommodating.Thanks ladies 😚

  Dr Kylie is just THE best vet. She has cared for all our animals for more than 10 years, with just the right combination of expertise and love. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Best vet we know! Been going there a few months now and Dr Kylie is great. Gets straight to the issue and no matter the problem she will fit you into the schedule.
