  I've been taking my very senior dog to Pet Universe for 2 years now, he has been receiving amazing care. Dr Lee and the nursing team are absolutely fantastic and their motto of putting the animal first is very apparent. Even after moving 35 minutes away and having a vet down the road, we still choose to go back to pet universe instead because of the excellent care they provide.

  Thank you for looking after my 17-year-old cat 'Hobbes' in your cattery over the Easter break! The staff were so efficient in helping me organise his vaccinations, worming and treatments and your high-quality service was so affordable! With Hobbes being an older cat and never been in a cattery before, I was quite apprehensive as to how he would cope and like most pet owners, I wanted reassurance that he was in good hands whilst I was away. When I picked him up, he was so relaxed and purr'd in my arms the whole drive home! His coat was beautiful, he obviously had been brushed everyday and he appeared well-fed! From start to finish you showed great care and I love that the staff openly showed love toward Hobbes! So appreciated. I can reassure anyone considering the vet services or the cattery at Pet Universe- Broadview that, it is facility which puts your pets care first! THANK YOU! :)

  Best vet surgery and team ever !!! Dr Chris and his team have been looking after our dogs for just under 10 years now, from puppy preschool to senior dogs they have been so wonderful and caring, we have followed every bit of their advice and our furry family have always been healthy and happy. Recently Poppy developed a rare cancer and has now passed away, we were inconsolable but comforted by how caring the team at Pet Universe were especially Dr Chris who took the time to call recently and see how we were doing and even sent flowers. We can't thank Dr Chris and everyone enough for the care we have always received and for the care we know we will get in the future - Thank you, Steve & Donna C :)

  My cat Missy recently stayed here for 12 days. In my opinion she received excellent care and was very well looked after. I was apprehensive about whether or not she would get brushed (based purely on other boarding experiences at different catteries). When I seen Missy she looked bright eyed and bushy tailed and certainly felt like she was brushed everyday. She was as well looked after in that time as I would have looked after her myself in my opinion. I was very impressed. They also gave me her toilet, food and behavioral habits in the time I was gone. Which was refreshing to hear, as she is normally handed back to me at other places and that is it. The place seemed very clean and the staff where friendly and experienced. Would not hesitate to use again. Thank you!
