  The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The grooming services are fantastic. There is a hydrobath if you want to wash your pet yourself. Alternatively, the professional groomers are amazing! They are really calm and wonderful with the animals. They are also really flexible and proactive in assisting people to manage their pet's grooming.

  Am a regular customer. Attentive & helpful staff, & if you're lucky, Sammy (shop mascot-also a bird!) will ask you for a scratch. 😊 🕊

  I just pop in to mainly get some cow ears for my dogs, the staff are always friendly and helpful. And they have a friendly pet Cockatail called Sammy which she is normally about wanting a wee scratch, unless she's been in trouble and stealing.

  Staff are always friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.
