  Got a Rainbow Lorikeet from the owner here and he was absolutely fantastic, great customer service skills, gave me his phone number and told me to ring him if I’m unsure about anything, helped me choose toys and a cage for the bird, probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Adelaide for anything bird related.

  I bought a young bird & cage here and was really happy with the outcome. I was told 5-6 times, "if anything is wrong or you are unsure don't hesitate to call me, I'm always here and can always help out". This is extremely comforting post-sale to know you're still in good hands.

  DON'T GO HERE! I rated this five stars so it would appear at the top. This guy doesn't seem to care for his birds. If you read through some of the comments you will see that people have had bad experiences with this place. There have been several occasions where he has given wrong advice or sold a sick bird to customers. The positive ratings are from people who either haven't been to a better store, or didn't notice the bad conditions his birds are in. When I visited this place he seemed just over it all. I purchased budgies from him several times, and didn't think anything wrong of his store until I went to another place. This place was so much better in many ways. There were less birds to much larger cages, all birds looked sleeker and generally happier. We received advice from a woman who seemed to genuinely care about the birds, and didn't think of them as objects. She made sure we had the right sized cage, and told us that budgies and other small parrots should really be eating a variety of fruits and vegetables, not just seed. After we had purchased our bird (a very cute baby cockatiel) she handed us a sheet of paper with all instructions on what not to feed them, where to place the cage and what to do the first day the bird is home. It was obvious to me when I left this place that THAT was how a pet store should care for its animals. They really cared for the birds and wanted to make sure they were well taken care of in their new homes. Sorry for the long review! (And the bad writing) :) 🐤🐦🐧🐔🐥🦉🦅🦆
