  Bought a sofa in Septtember last year, waited 3 months to be delivered.(which was agreed upon, no problem) Delivery 16th of Jan 2018, none of the legs were secured when installed, delivery driver blamed the manufacturer for it. Middle piece of modular sofa has a hole in the base and material not tight and it looks like it is an old and worn sofa as a fesult. Escalated the case on the 17th of January with plush care customer service. They never call back or answer their emails you have to follow up on and on again, so far 2 months later I have not heard from them and nothing has been done about it. Please do yourself a favour and do not buy from these people.I only wish I could return it and get some of my money back so I can go elsewhere where my money is more appreciated. How can I trust them now when they broke every promise so far.

  Bought a modular lounge with built in recliners. When delivered it came with a US plug and so couldn't plug in the couch to use the recliners!! The transformer was dual voltage and so changed out the plug end so it could work. Called the store to advise and they said that this would void the warranty so I should remove. They advised they would send a service technician within 3 days. However, 4 weeks later, after calling numerous times no service technician has come to look and correct the fault. Further, the promised 'felt' feet were not installed during delivery. Not all of the modular pieces were connected properly either. Very, very frustrating to have a couch that I have to fix myself, supposedly voiding the warranty (which is rubbish) and still no support. Friendly staff when I call but something fundamentally wrong with their support offices. Watch this company like a hawk! Buyer beware. 2 month update... Plush rang a few days later and arranged someone to come out and inspect the couch. Finally the technician arrived and then 10 days later I got another call (3 weeks later) that they confirm there are defects and the couch can either be repaired or replaced. They will arrange for someone to come and collect and repair the couch. Still waiting to hear when... 2 months on and still not resolved. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Very helpful at the store before purchase, very poor after-sales service. Fully paid and booked for delivery the next day but no one show up or any updates, then call Plush found out the delivery was cancelled with unreasonable reason.

  Staff were very helpful in helping myself select cushions for my new lounge room. Great service and very friendly staff
