One of the best shops in Melbourne for fitness equipments and awesome friendly staffs. It was only today I got the 110 lbs weights along with the 6ft olympic bar. My first concern was, how'd I carry the stuff to my place, which was 2 miles away, or even to the nearest taxi stop that was 200 meters away. The shop's entrance opens up at a tram stop, where no cars or taxis are allowed. Then came Josh one of the fabulous Rebel staffs, he placed the stuff on the trolley and help me out till the taxi stop. That solved all my problems. He also made sure the van was proper fit for the equipments and helped us loading those. I'm not at all ashamed to say this is the friendliest, most helpful and professional gesture I've ever seen or got from any sales person. Thanks Josh and thanks Rebel. I usually don't make such statements, but I couldn't help myself this time. Rebel and their staffs are the best.

LARGE STORE WITH A HUGE RANGE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF Located upstairs, this is a very large Rebel outlet. Lots of sports balls, weights and belts for gym work, high tech wearables, shoes. If you are an AFL fan, they will have a scarf for your team :)

Have been buying merchandise from rebel on bourke for a while. Thought that would earn me a few "loyalty points / courtesies. Turns out the card is just that. A card. The experience: Had to return a T-shirt because it had a different size to exactly a similar T-shirt from Adidas. Just a different color. Would you ever guess that from a brand. As if that wasn't a surprise I couldn't return it because the store wouldn't accept t-shirts if the size tag was cut off. Apparently because they can't sell it further. Potential results : 1. They could make another customer go through the exact same experience(if I hadn't cut the tag and did manage to exchange it) 2. Now that they didn't exchange it (a 30 dollar T-shirt which they should ideally be sending back to the brand as a manufacturing defect ) they have lost a loyal customer. Wonder if lifetime value makes any sense to them .
