I was going to buy a 8 size and it fits good, then an assistent suggested me to try a 7. my toe fits still good but i felt the shoe a bit tight and they say its normal but it would be a better size for me. i felt almost forced to follow their advice so i said ok. when i wore the shoes for the first time it was actually to tight and there were no room enough on the side, i even cut myself with my own nail. So ive been back asking for a bigger size but since i wore the shoes once they couldnt and suggest me to stretch them in close shop. So i paid $50 more thanks their advice. Not even received a voucher, a discount or at least the $50 i had to pay in extra for a their mistake.

Not even worth 1 star to be brutally honest. Windsor Smith home-brand shoes are the worst quality shoes I have ever owned. The customer service is absolutely terrible, driven by no accountability at HQ for dodgy shoes. Save your money and please go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!

Had a great experience with one of the girls working there Friday 11th of June. She checked if I needed help when I first walked in and when I said I was fine to just have a look around, she left me alone to do my own thing, which was exactly what I wanted. I approached her to ask if she had a shoe in my size which they unfortunately didn't, but without me even asking, she looked up where the shoe was and found two in my size at Melbourne Central store, and proceeded to write down all the info I would need to get the shoes when I went in. Fantastic service :)

Saturday 7 May My boyfriend and I went into the store as he needed to get some new shoes for work. We were not greeted with a friendly hello or anything. As we proceeded to help ourselves and try on the display shoes, the 4 consultants working continued to chat about their weekend in the middle of the store. After trying to make eye contact with a few to ask for help we gave up and walked out. Pathetic customer service. I suggest you train your staff on some simple sales/customer service skills.
