  Absolutely shocking customer service, worst i've ever experienced. All the workers stood around and talked to eachother, ignored the customers. will not be returning.

  Great service in shoe section, extremely helpful and polite, helped me get exactly what I needed without trying to upsell me the most expensive shoe in the joint. On top of that, the sales assistant was helping another customer at the same time as me. Definitely recommended.

  Not real happy ...was waste of my time ....i rang up to see if something i wanted was in stock....was told yes but not many ....took extra time out of work to go get it only to be told no they dont hav in stock now nor will any of their sa stores!!! Thanks for wasting my time
