  Bought some nice acis gels. I always come in for my asic gels and never leave disappointed. The staff are very helpful.

  Amazing. My personal interaction with The Athlete's Foot was beyond anything I have ever experienced. Not only were the staff extremely helpful but they were kind, thoughtful and really inquisitive when it came to knowing their products and recommending a shoe that would suit my foot perfectly. I am now a half marathon runner and my experience with this store really motivated me to become the best athlete I could be. I owe all of my successes to this store and I would 100% recommend their services to anyone contemplating running or a new exercise regime to better their life. So, am I a fan of The Athlete's Foot? I guess I've made that relatively clear.

  The staff are very professional and knowledgeable about their products. I received great service when I came in about a week ago for a new pair of running shoes.

  (TL;DR Poor customer service, unhelpful staff, awkward experience) Was the only customer in the store, three staff were at the counter, one of them was on the phone and it was this staff member who attended me once she was done. Admittedly, I didn't have to wait that long, but the other two staff were just chatting, and if they were on a break or something, nobody asked me to wait until the other staff member was off the phone. I told the staff member what type of exercise I was doing (walking with a weight vest and some jogging), my price range and then asked about what shoe I needed. After directing me to a shoe that was $100 above my price range (I was looking for something around $150-$160, so I wasn't being unreasonable, I'm aware that shoes are pricey, but they had a sale on and plenty of shoes were within that range) she pointed me to a lifestyle shoe. When I asked about foot support and if the sole would be too hard given the type of exercise I was doing, she said she didn't really know, and then went on to say it really depends on the aesthetics of the shoe, what I wanted it to look like. After awkwardly standing there for a minute, she said I may want to check out Rebel Sport or Amart. I left and went to Rebel Sport and they ended up fitting me with a shoe that was in front of us the whole time in The Athlete's Foot. I know customer service can be hard sometimes, but I came into town to specifically go to The Athlete's Foot because their ads make a point of how knowledgeable their staff are, and all I experienced there was a hopeless waste of time. This sounds like a joke, but the best advice I got from the staff member was to go to Rebel Sport. The sales assistant wasn't particularly unfriendly, but given that if she didn't know much about shoes she could have asked the other staff members there for help, I got the impression that no one in that store really gave a damn about making a sale. I can't really see any reason to give this store another go. Sorry.

  Have been there regularly for new shoes - walking and running. Staff are always helpful and efficient. They also give good discounts if you sign up for their club card.
