  Good location, staff were so accommodating. We got there early and were able to get early check at 9:30am (usual check in is 3pm) for $60. They also let us check out at midday and didn't charge us for the extra 2 hours parking that we went over time. Room was clean, only thing I didn't like was the sheets, it's usually alot softer at most hotels I've stayed in.

  11 months since my last stay and another great experience. Excellent value. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast. Great location and architecture.

  Most certainly NOT 4-star hotel standard, only 3-star at best. No complimentary bottled water (I drink tap water but this is a matter of standards); no bathroom amenities like toothbrushes/shaving kit; dated room with no bedside or desk lamps as shown in their promo photos. Good location, good service, fancy-looking lobby.

  Great location and the main areas of the hotel are gorgeous. The staff is friendly and professional. The hallways needed vacuumed and the rooms were small. The bathroom was even smaller! Loved the convenience but the rooms need some work.

  Friendly staff quiet space to sleep. Small twin share room for my daughter and I but definately adequate for our needs. Good room service and the position of the hotel is amazing for getting around the city. We will be back.
