  Very good services, the garage drop you home or anywhere you need in town if you didn't have someone to pick you up. Also the the garage is clean all the time and the work on your car as well.

  HORRIBLE communication; mark-ups on bringing your own parts; owner was hostile with me. After making two early morning appointments, one of the mechanics told me they wouldn't be able to get the parts for my car. I brought it to another mechanic instead, and the owner texted AND called to berate me for bringing it to someone else. They clearly failed to communicate properly with their mechanics. There aren't a lot of options for mechanics in Alice, but this place isn't worth your time. None of the other mechanics in town are this unprofessional, and none of them will waste so much of your time.

  They seriously saved my life! Came in because the brake lights were on and they immediately found the problem and worked on that; while doing so, they found - and fixed - another problem that might have had me get stranded in the middle of the desert!! THANK YOU so much... Very fair prices as well, and Johan is a perfectionist when it comes to his work and the entire team is super friendly. I might have been unfortunate with my car, but I have certainly been fortunate with the mechanic!

  Stopped in Alice on the way through to Darwin. Johan from Outback Mechanical NT was recommended by Alan fron G-Day Mate Caravan Park. I found them to be friendly, price competitive & professional. The car service was high quality with great attention to detail. Highly recommended. 11/05/2017.
