  Great facility but the place is really under staffed. We had to wait around 10 minutes for someone to cut our fabric and even when they arrived, they would spend around 5 minutes talking to us before rushing off to help someone else and then coming back, which took around 20 minutes. It's a shame that this place isn't good with customer service because it let's down the great facilites it has to offer.

  About 95% of the staff here have a terrible attitude, this is the 4th time I've come here, actually purchased several items (up to $400 worth), and left the store feeling like I wasn't welcome. From the old man with the curly hair in the fabric section, the young ladies at the till, they all just act put upon when approached, it's mind-boggling! I know good customer service is a rarity in Australia but this is really bad. I will very likely be doing similar purchases online from overseas or other online stores going forward, it's not worth it going in here and giving them my money at all.

  I brought the wrong type of product (my mistake really) but the were decent enough to let me return this with no issues. Nice staff 😀

  2nd time I've gone to this store and 2nd time I've been treated poorly! Never again, your register staff are rude! Particularly the one who served me: Alana!

  Really great staff, very helpful and friendly. Really well stocked and maintained premises. 5/5 would buy from again.
