  Bought a birthday gift for my wife and while processing the transaction, I was told the GG won't send a receipt to my wife's email address. My wife was sent a receipt and the GG blew the birthday surprise. So disappointing!

  Don’t expect too much customer service. Been twice in the same week, was in store for 20min looking for a Fridge and finally got some assistance. Staff member was friendly and reasonably helpful didn’t have the item I wanted and would call me next day regarding availability Never happened. Went a couple of days later in the week to fridge area stood in the corridor waiting for assistance and looking for a staff member 15 min later no one left with no assistance and no purchase. Will go somewhere else.

  I recently had an issue with a fridge , the fridge was 6 years old and the manufacture couldn't repair the problem. The issue was that parts had change and parts were no longer compatible. I went back and forward for a month with no resolution. I Contacted The good guys in Osborne park. They resolved the problem within an hour . Absolutely Brilliant, I have never experience such a high level of professionalism and service. In the past I've bought the large majority of appliances from The Good Guys. From NOW ON I WILL BE PURCHASING EVERYTHING VIA THE GOOD GUYS OSBORNE PARK. I got the piece of mind of aftersales service. Absolutely no hesitation on recommending The Good Guys Osborne Park. If any other retailers read this reveiw, this is the way to combat online sales. thanks again.

  They had an OK selection at least, but I wouldn’t bother going back No customer service when I went at 1.30 today - was browsing for 25 minutes in different areas and needed help with picking an iron but no one was around or interested in helping. When I asked at the counter about the ‘pay cash pay less’ kind of thing that I remember from their ads I was told that they don’t do that anymore.

  Takes a while to get some assistance however it's always very helpful and never pushy. We come a long way to this store just for the advice and helpful staff.
