  Service was great. Can't wait until the rooms are updated to the Pullman standard. Location is second to none. V close to everything I need/like to be near.

  Fantastic location, clean and comfortable rooms. Bit of sound from the bar downstairs but finished up around 8pm, all in all great stay.

  Spacious, great service. But some of the rooms needs rejuvenation. Location is amazing, walking distance from Melb Central

  Great position. Dissapointed the online upgrade I paid for wasn't accommodated. Internal room noise carried through from other rooms with kids running around early morning. Paid extra for breakfast an only had once as it was really average. Rooms are showing age and cleaning around and under beds was lacking. I would stay again though as position is great.

  Not a bad hotel, but essentially a slightly higher quality Mercure. Gold status upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment instead of a queen studio. A bit noisy at night due to thin windows and proximity to the street.
