::Hey guys. What can i say about viva. Been there year and a half now and still loving it. Friendly staff and great wisdom from there trainers. Awesome being part of a great family enviroment at viva. Lets not forget the training most of all. Mixing it up with all the great classes they have is awesome and being pushed to your limit is so kind and rewarding. I cant get enuff of the place from there boxing classes to there 1 on 1 push trainers to there great relaxing balance classes. Thanks viva. The best in the west.

::I have been going to viva now for over two year's and my experience has been nothing but fantastic! All staff and trainers are so friendly and just waiting to help you reach what ever goal you have in mind. I have experienced all viva has to offer and i can honestly say that the family ran business is 100% awesome! So if your looking for a gym peeps VIVA is the way too go! Oh lets not forget how much my babies LOVE the creche which is just another bonus for us mummy's and daddy's trying to squeeze another session in.
