::I have used this site for years - almost could not do without it for range, diversity and being able to inspect prior to bidding. Most of what i have bought has been a good bargain, from the point of view of price, quality and description. Way better than anything I have tried on Gumtree. Bidding at the last minute is problematical at peak times, but this has been intermittent rather than everyday bidding. I have found the staff very helpful - finding, paying and loading all won items - even very heavy ones. I recommend the site for many new items as well as used ones.

There was a minor issue with the purchased item due to the seller. Despite this Jo looked after everything to make sure that the issue was resolved in a very timely manner.
